NEPTIS Expresión and PREVIUS de Neptis
This is our premium range and a tribute to the family; sourced from a selection of our low yield vineyards in Curiel. It is produced only in vintages of exceptional quality, using a unique method, and aged in French oak barrels. These are highly personal wines, produced in close collaboration between the family estate and the winery’s technical team; they do not adhere to standards or classifications, consequently they are marketed as vintage wines and known as SIGNATURE WINES.

ARCUM roble and ARCUM crianza
RepresThese represent the entry-level selection of our wines; here we capture the essence, tradition and personality of Ribera del Duero wines, highlighting the perfect integration of the terroir with the vine and the fruit. They are friendly, easy-to-drink wines, yet possessing the unmistakable character and personality of ‘Ribera del Duero’.

Arcum Roble
Variety : 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Alcoholic fermentation: 22°C, with 3 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Serving temperature: 14–16°C. Decanting is recommended.
Pairing: All types of white meat, cheeses, pasta and rice dishes.

Arcum Crianza
Variety : 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo).
Alcoholic fermentation: 28°C, with 3 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended.
Pairing: Mediterranean cuisine, hearty stews and oily fish.

Previus de Neptis
Variety 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Alcoholic fermentation: 28°C, with 4 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Malolactic fermentation: 30 days in French oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended.
Pairing: Mediterranean cuisine, mature cheeses and red meats.

Neptis Expresión
Variety 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo)
Alcoholic fermentation: 28°C, with 4 days of cold pre-fermentation maceration.
Malolactic fermentation: 30 days in French oak barrels.
Serving temperature: 16–18°C. Decanting is recommended.
Pairing: All types of meat, particularly game, roasts, suckling lamb and pig.
