Philosophy

Produced from grapes grown in our vineyards in Curiel, with deep, sandy-limestone loam soil, and in Bocos, with alluvial soils of gravel, sand and clay.

ARCUM has spent at least 4 months in medium-toasted, fine-grain French and American oak barrels, acquiring the complexity and freshness that are the hallmark of our brand.

Tasting notes

Cherry red colour with a violet rim.

A striking nose with expressive notes of wild red fruits, raspberry, redcurrant and sour cherries, typical of its youth, which blend with aromas of black fruit jam.

Its sweet, candied fruit character merges with delicate woodiness, imparting smoky and spicy notes, such as nuts and liquorice.

It is flavourful and pleasant on the palate, with an elegant balance of tannins and good acidity, giving it freshness and a long finish.

Due to its careful traditional production, decanting is recommended.
